What cleaning services do you offer?

Our cleaning services include dusting pictures, lampshades, window sills, furniture, and light fixtures. Walls and cupboard exteriors are cleaned for spots. After vacuuming, all floors are washed. Kitchen and bathroom fixtures will be thoroughly cleaned.

How do I pay for your cleaning services?

We accept cash, check, or credit card. Payment is due at time of service. If you prefer to pay by cash or check, we ask that you leave payment on your kitchen countertop. If you prefer to pay by credit card, please contact us to set up a regular schedule.

Do I need to do anything before the cleaners arrive?

It’s helpful if you pick up toys, laundry, and other clutter before our team arrives. This allows us to move through your home as quickly as possible, which can lessen the time we spend in your home (and the number of hours we bill). We also ask that you leave fresh linens out so we know to change your bedding and towels. But if you’re too busy, we understand – you did hire a cleaning service after all. We will clean any and all items you leave on your floors and arrange them neatly for you.

Can I leave my pets out while my home is being cleaned?

Yes. We are a pet-friendly company and will do our best to clean around your little friends. Please tell us in advance what kinds of pets you have so we can be prepared and not accidentally let them outside. If visitors make your pets aggressive, we ask that you secure them for their safety and ours.

Do I need to be at home when your cleaners arrive?

It’s totally up to you. By far, the easiest and most convenient method is for you to give us a key and your alarm codes.
If you provide us with a key, we will secure it in a locked key storage device which only management has access to. The key is issued to the cleaning service team leader on the day of your clean. The team leader returns the key at the end of the day and management returns it to the secured container.
In the event your key is lost, we’re insured for key and lock replacement.

What should I do about my home security alarm?

If you have a home alarm, please ensure that your service team has access to your home on your scheduled cleaning day. You can do this by providing us with your alarm code, providing us with a guest alarm code, or by leaving the alarm off for the day. If you choose to provide us a guest alarm code and this code changes, please be sure to inform our office of the new code before the day of your next cleaning appointment.

What are the rates for your home cleaning services?

Fees are based on the condition and size of the home. It’s best to contact us for an estimate. Our team will walk you through our cleaning process and quote you with a price to fit your specific needs. Get in touch – we provide free, no obligation estimates right over the phone.

Do I have to sign a contract?

You are under no contractual obligation as payment is made after each visit. If you require regular cleaning, we will bill you on each individual visit.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment?

No, our employees are fully equipped with the best in cleaning products and tools. You can leave everything to us.

Do you offer one-time cleanings or do I have to be a regular?

We can do anything you want. We offer a variety of flexible cleaning services to suit your needs. From weekly, biweekly, monthly, annually or one-time cleanings, we are there for you when you need us.

Will all visits cost the same?

The first visit usually costs more than future visits. This is because it takes time to bring a home up to a standard that can later be maintained with regular cleaning visits. The price of the first visit, as well as subsequent visits, will be given to you during your in-home consultation.

Are your cleaning teams trained and supervised?

All team members must successfully complete our training program before they can clean homes. Training is ongoing as new cleaning products and techniques come into the market. Each team is managed by a team leader who is fully accountable for the work done in your home.

Are your employees insured and bonded?

Yes. Our insurance coverage protects you and your home from all potential incidents and accidents at no extra cost to you.

Should I tip the cleaners?

There are no awkward situations with us because you are under no obligation to tip our team members, nor do they expect it. They are paid, professional employees.

Do you offer a service guarantee?

Yes. All our work is backed with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you aren’t happy with your last visit, call us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean it for free.

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We’ll work with you to find a time that works.

What happens if my regular cleaning is scheduled on a holiday?

If your appointment falls on a holiday, we will contact you in advance to make arrangements to clean your home on a different day that week.
